The inspiration was powdered violet candies — the kind that came in small tins, that felt like a tiny celebration just to open.
That combination of violet and rose together does
something unexpected. It feels romantic and familiar at the same time. Traditional in the best sense — not dated, just timeless.
Everyone who smells it says the same thing - It reminds them of someone. A mother, a grandmother, a particular room, a particular moment. We've never tried to explain that. Some things just carry memory in them.
