Never received item in time

Hey
I paid for express shipping and 4 business days later it still hadn't arrived to Bathurst address. Hubby had an early morning flight back to NZ so wasn't at the address to recieve my package. Very disappointed as express shipping wasn't worth the extra. But that wasn't your fault it was more the airports looking at the tracking. But never got to try the perfumes :(
